Chato Volcano

The Chato Volcano is a naturally occuring landmark in Costa Rica. It is believed to have first erupted 38,000 years ago. The volcano is about 1,140m high and no longer active, so there are frequent tours going up there. The top of the volcano has a crater stretching 1,640 feet in diameter filled up with teal colored water.
